We get it right the first time
Schedule Your Project
Once you sign up for your project, we provide a tentative schedule date. While we strive to adhere to schedules, weather conditions may cause delays. If changes occur, our Office Manager will notify you, sometimes with just 24-48 hours' notice. Be prepared to provide the down payment during this phase.
Your Project Lead
Your project lead oversees all details and phases of your project. They will provide you with their contact information for any questions or changes before, during, or after the project.
Demo and Prep Phase
Our “demo and prep” crew will start by demolishing, grading, and forming the project area. This phase can take a few hours to a few days, depending on site conditions and project size.
Pouring Phase
After prep, our “pouring crew” will pour and finish the concrete. This might happen the same day or a few days later, depending on inspections, weather, and schedule availability. Your Project Coordinator will keep you informed throughout this process.
Post-Pouring Phase
After pouring, avoid foot traffic on the concrete for 24 hours and vehicle traffic for 7 days. Our “cleanup crew” will follow to tidy up, remove forms, and apply sealant if needed. For decorative projects, they will add color and decorative sealer.
Completion & Communication
Once we've finished, your final payment is due. We'd love to hear how you feel about your project by leaving a review on Google. The Crown Concrete crew will stay in touch with any other questions and concerns.
